Yeah, it's unfortunate that the people we need support from most can turn out to be our biggest critic! Sometimes my husband says things to (without thinking I think). I'm glad of the support I get on here at times like that! :-)

I've always thought the calories burned seem a little on the optimistic side. I usually log walking at a slow pace 2mph and usually log less time than I actually walk because I'd rather not over estimate. Two for me today: 1. My pre-pregnant self trainers were comfortable today, not too tight. 2. My "I'll just hold it round me" casual padded jacket now zips up! It's still tight so I did still wear it unzipped, but this is a nice move in the right direction!

To start the ball rolling... Pizza express (I'm in the uk, do they have pizza express elsewhere?) have these legerra pizzas, all are less than 500 cals. The one pictured is 369 cals("American hot") and is delicious and filling!

If you happen to get Chocolate eggs tomorrow, I have a tip for not over indulging. Break it up into individual 25g portions and put in little Tubs. It'll stop you (me!) eating the whole thing at once then regretting it later!
