my goal is 168....For my height this will be a bmi of 25....at the moment i am 11/12 lbs overweight, but people already tell me i have lost enough....i really really do only want to be a healthy bmi!!

most of these apply to me, and it was my birthday last week and got a hrm from my friends, and it was really very exciting to me. i think im proud to be a gym rat!! there could be worse things! : )

when i was new to the site and saw this for the first time i thought it was a translation of the bible! you know RNSV - revised new standard version. KJV - King James version. I just couldn't work out why so many people on a weight loss forum were talking about the bible!! : )
