I also failed trying to make oatmeal pancakes. It stuck to the bottom of the griddle pan and burned. bad smell and nothing edible = FAIL

the weight loss is great and all but what i REALLLLLY like about the second pic is that your iphone co-ordinates with your t-shirt. I respect that!

tried adding a spoonfull of instant coffee to oatmeal to spruce it up a bit. it tasted like death and looked like diahorrea. FAIL.

i bet a clever person would be able to give you a mathematical foruma to work out how many cals you burned depending on your average heartrate and your weight. sadly im not that person lol. its good that you have come back : )

as you might expect the weight comes off very quickly at the start, which makes sense, esp for people witha LOT to lose, so i suppose the first hurdle was when the big numbers stopped coming. there were a couple of times when i went off track for a wee while and gained a little back, its taken a few years to get here. but…

yip i agree someone left a comment on my blog that said they were disappointed to see me putting a negative light on wieght loss. they said i should be happy because i was more healthy etc etc. It bothered me because they just totally didnt get what i was saying and making out like i would rather be 130lbs heavier again.…

i think i will gain this week, sometimes you just know that your week hasnt been that great. but its important to draw a line under these things and move on, dont dwell on it! I love to read success stories on the forum, reading about others journeys and seeing their success allways motivates me to get back on it : )

I pretty much lost my boobs as part of my weight loss. They are much more managable now. I can go braless in a backless dress, which is good....but i think my bf would have rather they stayed! (well i know...he told me!lol)

I just seem to be constantly spending money on clothes and clearing old ones that are not that old out! lol! good feeling though. I think a lot of the clothes i have now i will be able to keep cos im only 12lbs away from target!

I have driven through it...we all felt uncomfortable : ) Aso...when people leave my work we have to fill in a "discharge form" which sounds minging. And this semester in a tutorial we talked about Penal substitution - which really actually isnt rude! its about Jesus!

A vegan guy in one of my classes made us all vegan pumpkin muffins a couple of weeks ago. It was so nice I actually thought to myself that i could go vegan quite happily, and just eat those muffins everyday : ) but no. Im not vegan. I just like those particular muffins : )

If I have a lot of time on my hands i like to work out in the gym and then go for a swim, its relaxing : ) -and then i go in the sauna, which is lush : )

Sont let a bad day turn into a bad week, month, or 20lbs.... Be honest with yourself. Log everything. The guilt makes things worse, try to atone for it!(or some of it) If you have gone over your cals try to excercise till your back in the green. (I get trapped in this cycle too! I still turn to food to handle my emotions…

yeay for the dog lovers! I have a 4 year old black and tan miniature daschund called Poppet and he is my prince! He may be a little spoiled, but he is a great character. He isnt the most energetic of dogs, his favorite past time is sleeping in warm places!
