I've done all 4 classes!! I liked them all but I'd have to say Strike was my favorite!! Love my Jazzercise!! :love:

I say YAY!!! Jazzercise is awesome. I do it 6 days a week. We work out with weights and sometimes exer tubes. Do it at your own pace. The instructor will show you different intensity levels to do. Lace up those tennis shoes, put on some comfy clothes, and grab a water bottle and give it a try. :wink:
