Great job Smirnoff, walking is great to do even when you're feeling under the weather. I also did dancing on Saturday for about 1.5 hours.

After a week away from my bootcamp (thought I'd give my knee another break) I went back today and with a lot of the same modifications It was still a very sweaty workout.
