Yesterday was GREAT! This morning I'm having issues with my sweet tooth :( But I'm meeting a friend after worki to walk the 3 mile loop at the park. Just trying to take this "one day at a time." Hope everyone has an awesome day!!

My long term goal is to lose 52 lbs. Short term - I would love to lose 22 lbs. in the next 90 days. My biggest challenge is working out alone. I need all the encouragement I can get.

I drink Vodka, diet tonic & lime most of the time. But occasionally Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka with diet tonic, yummy! The Ruby Red is almost smooth enough to just drink it on ice.
