Well I for one don't always enjoy plain water. Right now I have a sore throat from a cold. I often add an ounce or so of pure fruit juice to make it go easier. No different than drinking them separately.

I very much like homemade cabbage soup. Almost anything in the produce department goes in mine, with a can of diced chili tomatoes instead of broth. I have dreamed of backpacking on Isle Royale for many years. Almost lost the dream with a badly broken leg 6 years ago but am well healed now. This summer is out, no vacation available but will plan on it next year. My training is simple, walk to work daily and longer hikes on weekends.

I personally don't care for a lot of makeup. Some is good, just not a lot. Fake eyelashes and nails are just a plain turn off if they're obvious. Keep it real!

I was wondering the same thing. One cup of Green Goodness for breakfast and one cup of low sodium V8 when I get to work and I'm already over on sugars according to this site.
