  • Holy cheese batman! Just finished the zumba class. About midway through, my right leg went numb, but I regained feeling by the end. That was so much fun! I'm definitely going again, and recommend it to anyone who's bored with their exercise. It's like jazzercise, but in a salsa/Latin format.

  • Hello everyone! My brother got hired today, so I'm especially happy. I tried out the pedal exerciser... not worth the money. You can't adjust it so accommodate the desk height, so it doesn't quite work out. I'm still figuring out how to incorporate it or exercise into the work week.
