I agree....they don't understand. I think the people are just going to look at things to complain about. when you are negative, they will complain to others about your negativity. when you are in a positive place they will complain to you. when you are drunk they will try to join you :)

I always have fun playing but i suck at FPS probably because i don't give it enough of my attention, because i suck, which creates a vicious cycle. i own the last two, yet i still barely play them.*kitten* games. i'm more of an adventure/rpg all around story based gamer.

I enjoy the drained feelings at times. It was what made me keep doing the boxing training, but it is a real mental exercise just to get up the motivation for the workout. However, now that I've started with weight training, I feel a new found joy for the cardio. It's like I feel that it is not as intimidating as it can be.

I think people need to step away from "Weight loss" and start focusing on Fat Loss. cardio exercising is great for weight loss, but does not descriminate where it takes that weight from. when you refer to flexibility, i am assuming stretching? I can be honest and like most people, I struggle with stretching. I do the minimum to help minimize the risks of injury and delayed soreness. However, I have not tried to do more then just that.

i'm doing both, for all the reasons. health, fat loss, weight loss, strength gain and body composition. I don't think you can get it all with out doing both and being committed to them both. of course the proper diet as well.

i was thinking about a chocolate banana smoothie. it has crossed my mind. I enjoy adding the almonds because they add a little bit to the texture, not for the flavor. The walnuts are also for nutrition and not so much the taste....even though they are delicious.
