Thank you for your support - much appreciated. Well my aim is to not go above 13 Stone 10....im at 13, and i aim to stay under 13.10...if i go up a little up to near 13.10 then i know that i am able to cut and taper to lose some again. Thanks Again

Thank you all for comments and support.....it really helps - i think trusting myself is a good idea. I am much more aware of what i am consuming and i am not suddenlly eating rubbish foods, sat fat foods and crap so it is a case of trusting myself that i am eating normally but it wont suddenlly put on weight. Thanks
