Ohhh one more, loud grunting and throwing the weights down, then looking around the gym like your trying to pick a fight, after an isolation exercise...I can see if your squatting but doing a concentration curl...try again, no one is impressed.

Camping, thats a tough one...and sometimes you just need to to enjoy it. Keep in mind, most tend to be more active when they camp... Moving gear around, walking the dog, etc so that will help. May want to try intervals, most gym treadmills have a button for it too. start with a jog//walk (2 min ea). Then work up the speed. Intervals are great for weight loss too, which will make running more enjoyable.
