In my opinion, if your body can handle it, then work out. Whether it be 5 days a week, or 6 days a week, of you do something everyday..you do what your body can handle. I work out hard 5 days a week (yoga, then running, then Insanity) take a rest day, and then do a light work out on Sunday. I would suggest to take a rest…

I would look into Insanity, its from Beachbody, and is a 60 day program, that is absolutely worth it. I think it goes for $60-75 (not sure, I got it as a gift) P90X is a great work out too, BUT you need a lot of equipment, and for Insanity, all you need are cross training shoes, water, and your determination! :D
