I haven't tried any supplements, and don't really want to dabble with them too much out of fear as well. Not only with it affecting supply but making sure the ingredients are what baby can have. I haven't really changed my eating at this point other than tracking and getting a baseline since breastfeeding moms aren't…

Hi there! Exclusively breastfeeding and currently 6 weeks postpartum. Pre-pregnancy I was 185 and ended at 229. Down to 205 now but I've hit a plateau and have been there for 3 weeks.

This is a wonderful story. Thank you so much for sharing! I've never been thin *enough* (in my own mind) to wear a bikini, and have been thinking lately "Will I ever be confident in my own skin to wear a bikini? Even when I am at goal?". And it's because of those types of people and their comments. But what you did and…

We keep brown rice on supply at all times. That along with frozen vegetables, frozen chicken, fresh fruits and veggies that are in season (I'm a sucker for fresh stuff though.. I have a hard time eating frozen fruits). I live with my husband right now and we've been working on transitioning to planning weekly meals. It…

Thanks so much for posting! This past week I recommitted and have been doing wonderful, but with a bridal shower coming up on Saturday I was starting to worry about undoing all the work I did this week. Thanks for reminding me that it's ok to go over every now and then. It's when it starts happening all the time when the…

Hi there! I'll add you! I'm 24 and also lost a bit of weight while on Weight Watchers. I've got about 15-20 more to go for goal and would be happy to cheer you on! Also, I got excited when you said you were from the Boston area. My fiancé and I are going there in June for our honeymoon before heading to Maine! :D

2 lbs a week is a fantastic loss! Keep up the wonderful work! :D Try not to be too discouraged, you're making healthy changes that will hopefully stick with you through life. Try to keep an eye on the big picture (an overall healthier and longer life) instead of on the weekly progress. You'll get there!

Just because you have different beliefs, and prayer doesn't/hasn't helped you, doesn't mean you have to bash her beliefs. She even says "check it out if you're a believer", not implying that its for everyone. Just as you don't want her beliefs forced on you, please refrain from forcing your beliefs on her and others.

I gotchu! :) I feel like I'm in the same boat. I love the support system on here compared to the WW online message boards, but every now and then I feel like I'm a comment *kitten* who isn't getting any loving in return. haha and awesome job on the 19 lbs lost! That's an amazing loss!

Yay! So many Ohioans! I'm originally from the Bowling Green area, but have made my way south to Athens for school at OU.

I just wanted to say congrats!! It's so hard to push yourself through sometimes, especially when it comes to running! It is such a rush when you've made it further than you ever have before. :D Congrats again!

Definitely! And the apple, is a great, healthy snack! :) Great choice.

Oh! I put the book MP3s from the CDs in my iTunes and then load them on to my iPod, too! So I think that would definitely work. :D Then once I'm done with it I usually delete the files so it doesn't take up so much memory. Yeah, I don't think I could listen to the news for a long stretch in the morning... :/

Good luck! :D I'm not sure if you've considered this, but don't feel like you'll be losing your fun reading when you make the decision to go walking! My friend suggested books-on-tape (or CDs I suppose nowadays) and now that's all I listen to when I go walking/jogging. :) And it definitely helps pass the time when you're…
