I generally get between 5-6. Sometimes even 4 hrs a night. I then crash on weekends that I am not working.....and I work ALOT!!!! :laugh:

As far as I know it doesn't matter. There are days when I have so much running around to do. When my sons were first born, you NEED to rest when the baby is resting. That will always be true, every nrw Mom will tell you that. As long as you can get proper nutrition, I don't think it's all that important. Congratulations,…

I agree with all the people above me, you have to take more than one class to see if it's for you. The first few classes my *kitten* never left the seat, I always felt like I was going to fall over. I think I have terrible balance. I used to go once a week, now I go to two classes. It gives me a better work out for cardio…

Just because you get pregnant, doesn't mean that you have to gain a ridiculous amount of weight. My first son, I gained under 25 lbs, and my 2nd son, I gained about 17 lbs. I know that edamame has more protein than chick peas. But, with that said, I also enjoy lentils. Egg whites are always a +++ in a salad :)

I would add that everyone has a different metabolism. I'm pretty sure that it, has something to do with it as well.....

I would say, as long as your working out, that's all that would matter. I would stay within calories on the days that you don't work out, especially if it's 4 days in a row.

I take Synthroid, not the generic either. The generic does not work for me. I don't find that I have more energy or anything like that. But, with that said, my doctor told me that it will affect so many parts of your body. I do not have any side effects from it. I periodically have my blood tested.

I went from a 42D down to a 42C after a 29 lb. weight loss. I just wear an underwire cotton bra, CACIQUE from Lane Bryants fit GREAT!!!! lol

I would try to add fish to your meals. It is generally high in protein and low in fat. You can even make tuna fish with low fat mayo, celery, carrots, and onions. That's how I generally make it. My twin sister was disgnosed with breast cancer, I don't take hormones. I had a complete hysterectomy after being diagnosed with pre-uterine cancer about 5 years ago. Hormones are not for me..... :noway:
