I agree with her. I was a 48DDD before my breast reduction that brought me to a 42D. In only 2 months time I'm now a 42C after a 29 lb weight loss in total. I have about 50-60 lbs to loose still. I went to my OB/GYN, because my periods were horrible, he/she should be able to recommend what's best for you and your problems. Make an appointment and see what they have to say... :flowerforyou:

What I do when I want smaller portions, is a use a luncheon plate, instead of a dinner plate. I know it's psychological, but, what can I say, it works for me...... :laugh:

To me 40 minutes on the treadmill is too much for a beginner. I started out with 30 minutes, and am ip to 45 minutes. I've been going now about 2 months. Just my opinion....

I've never done it, to me when the day is done.....the calorie count starts the next day. To me it's just defeating the purpose of trying to be healthy..... :)

I agree with the above advise. I had gone to see a nutritionalist, she recommended this site. I input the information needed to lose 2 lbs. A week. MFP recommended that I eat 1200 calories per day. My exercise calories are added to that total. I hardly ever eat ALL of my exercise calories, but to me....that's ok. I wish…

I would change your routine around. I'm not here that long, but every time I go to the gym I use different target spots to be different. I think it helps in weight loss. :)

I agree with everyone else, I work 4pm till midnight. I generally don't eat until maybe 10pm. It's just how my work schedule goes....
