DO NOT STOP MOVING! Zumba is one of my FAVORITE exercises to do!! I burn about 630 calories on average :D You honestly just have to jump in and do it. Pace yourself but HAVE FUN!!! No matter what, do not stop moving!!

I focus more on inches than the scale. Muscle gain and water weight (especially being a woman) fluctuate the scale so much that I use it more as a "good to know."

It is pretty accurate, it actually underestimates for me. I have a Polar FT4 and when I compare it to that it's under :) If you don't have one, I HIGHLY recommend a HRM!!!

I LOVE MINE!!! Make sure you do wet the straps. I only wear it when I exercise. Make sure your settings (weight, etc) are correct!

First, your calories seem really low for your size. I'm 5'2" 125 lbs and eating 1631 calories! My highest amount I should eat to lose weight is 2028.... MFP makes them EXTREMELY low. They said I should be eating 1200... 1315 is the LOWEST I should ever eat!! I recommend looking at this thread…

I don't mind being admire for my hard work.... but admire from afar and for a BRIEF period of time. Chances are if you are being gross, you are not going to get anything besides a dirty look from me (maybe even the finger if needed).

I COMPLETELY agree! I found out that my "high" based on MFP is actually 115 cals lower than what my LOWEST should be. I am supposed to be consuming around 1631 and eating back any cals I burn! WHOA!!! I have been sleeping so much and SO fatigued! My poor body!! I was unconsciously starving myself!!
