Exercising while sick?
Is this a good idea or bad idea? I have heard mixed feelings. Obviously I wouldn't exercise with a stomach virus or anything like that, but what about a cold with a sore throat and runny nose? Or something similar? If so, what should you do/not do to avoid feeling bad and possible injury?
