I'm trying to find simple breakfast recipes without eggs (hubby hates them). He's kind of tired of oatmeal...

What does he like for other meals? There is no rule that breakfast can only be breakfast foods.0

That's a good point! I'll have to think about it. He will go without breakfast if I don't fix something for him0

He'll go 6 hours before his next chance to eat. Breakfast is important for metabolism too.0 -

Flaxseed toast (50 cal/slice) with mashed avocado. Little pepper and salt to taste. Whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter, a banana and some chopped nuts roiled up like a burrito. Greek yogurt with granola and or fruit. Quinoa with milk and nuts and fruit, can also add an egg or substitute and bake in muffin tins. Homemade muffins0

This isn't true. If going without food until his next chance to eat bothers him, he should eat breakfast. But lots of people skip it because they aren't hungry in the AM and their metabolisms work just fine.0 -

Making breakfast for her husband isn't forcing food on him. People are funny!
How about steel cut oats, topped with whatever deliciousness you choose?0 -

Let him. When he gets hungry, he'll eat something. Like cats.0 -
How about a BLT0

Rice caked with peanut butter or almond butter topped with dried fruit (I like cranberries but rasins would be good too.)0
