I just did L1D3. I had to take a break thanks to a ruptured blood vessel in my foot (very painful...) I am not doing it EVERY DAY but I am also mixing it in with the C25K and other things (pilates, yoga, ZUMBA!)

I was playing the the numbers and it says if I log it as 30 mins circuit training, it would only be like 237 calories burned... that seems really low for so much work! What are your thoughts?

Just remember that when you do activities (cleaning, exercise, walking) you get more calories to eat!!! Stay active and don't give up. I like to turn to nuts for fillers.

I am a full-time student who works as well. I totally feel your pain about being so dang busy. Every Sunday night I sit down and plan out my times/classes I will attend for the week. That way I have NO excuses because it's already scheduled!
