CONGRATULATIONS!! Thanks for the post!! Sugar is my problem, too. I fell the need to have 'dessert' after every meal. I'm working very hard to overcome it. In fact, this week I intend too not have any sugary type foods. So far, so good. It's very encouraging that it CAN be done!! Keep up the good work!!

I also quit smoking first and then started my weight loss journey. I did gain 10 lbs before leveling out. But, I find that exercising and drinking tons of water is very, very helpful. Also, you can try 'Senna' Tea - it is a tea laxative. But, you have to drink water!! I sometimes drink that when needed after dinner followed by a bottle of water and ..... by morning, all better!
