30 day shred is a DVD by Jillian Michaels, you can watch it on you tube. You do 10 days on each level. Good luck :happy: Level 2 was mt least fav and I loved level 3

Thanks everyone :happy: I did 10 days on each level. I missed one day on level 3 so it took 31 days, I also stared with walking every second day until I was running. Now I run 3 to 5kms every second or third day.

I am 5 foot 2 n 150 pounds and by my HRM I burn on average 210 to 240 calories :)
