  • Night time "crisis" is a common one. I do better if I go to the gym after work. even if i do the cardio primarily in the am, i still do a warmup and hit the weights at night. that helps to get my hormones in line so i can come home, grab a shower and a cup a soup with a good book and off to sleep i go.   • Ok, only a moment to post, yes, I still have over 100 lbs to lose to make my goal which is not really all that low but it seems SO FAR AWAY, how the heck did that happen. I've had the lap band and the weight is still SO SLOW to come off, but no worries. I am down 42 and only 120 to go....it will happen if we don't quit.
