I've been wheat-free for about a month now. I've lost 8 lbs or so. But more importantly to me, my heartburn is gone. (I used to take TUMS a couple of times a day!) and I have no more painful bloating issues. Personally, I do feel a lot better.

I'm 5'3 and would like to see what 145lbs looks like on me. I may go down to 135lbs If I'm not lovin' the way 145lbs looks. I'm a pear (almost hourglass) shaped lady. :)

Yes! I'm on mine now and feel very bloated. For myself, I don't weigh-in during my period. I know the numbers will more than likely be off, so I just ignore the scale that week.

I like this one.... I don't know where it comes from, but it really helps me. "It's not that it gets easier, it's because I get better!"

I know this might sound kinda icky to some people, but I love roasting brussel sprouts! Roasting them takes that weird cabbage flavor away. You make sure they are really dry and cut them in half or into quarters. Spread them on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast until a bit dark in spots.…

I've done the Punch one for 2-3 weeks now. I'm having a good time with it. I really feel it in my thighs and hips the most really. The gloves weigh 3/4 of a lbs and really they don't seem heavy enough for me. There's just not enough resistance? I've been bouncing between the beginner and intermediate levels. There maybe…
