DIced onion, fresh sliced jalapeno, a little sour cream and a little shredded cheese. Ditto on the corn bread and a glass of sweet tea (Ugh..I wish I had a bowl right NOW) The next day I use the left overs and make frito chili pies or chili mac :)

Subway, salads, fajitas, tacos aren't that bad, whatever actually fits my goals for the rest of the day. You have a 1000 calories left so I would get what I wanted that fit my calories and macros!

My advice to is to start on the higher end of your BMR estimates and tweak from there- and remember to evaluate and adjust as you lose weight! If you do not lose for 2 weeks then it needs adjusting. Be consistent (something I struggle with) and good luck! I look forward to hearing your progress reports!

Your calories will often be a hair off- it is because of MFP's database - not your fault. Hit those macro #'s and don't worry about the calories :)

I use Advocare Spark daily- it is like a healthier version of a Monster energy drink. I love the vitamins and energy I get from it- plus it helps me get even more water in :) I do not use it for weight loss- although that would be a nice side effect!

PCOS and low thyroid function here-but I no longer take medication for either since my weight is much lower than before- feel free to add me! My diary is open- but heads up I follow iifym and count macros as opposed to traditional calorie counting.

I know some may argue- but the Weight Watcher's rule of thumb that I learned years ago is any liquid that is non-caffeinated counts.

Yes! Heat them up for like 5 seconds in the microwave and they are pretty yum- and I am SO PICKY! If it has that "protein" taste- I WILL NOT eat it! Good luck!

I really like the over night oats in a jar from skinnytatse.com I use fresh strawberries or blueberries and it is yum! Quick for me to take to work with zero effort. I am surprised I like it because I HATE oatmeal! Also, I use a little (1 t) brown sugar as opposed to the sweetener.

I too sit at a desk and the 2:00-3:00 hour can at times be BRUTAL! I love love love Advocare Spark! It gets some more water in me and gives me the boost I need to get over the hump....I drink one in the mornings AND in the afternoons! Just do not drink it too late :)
