  • I agree with everyone else, i would weigh-in less...because i've found that i only feel defeated when i see that i fluctuate pounds sooooo often! i also would highly suggest taking measurements....i didn't do that in the beginning and am SO bummed about it because i definitely look and feel slimmer than the 12 lbs i have…

  • wow how funny! my roommate and I started this yesterday too. we go on vacation june 30th so we wanted to shave off a few inches before hitting the beach! we're gonna try to do the "trouble zones" video and 30 day shred today!
  • I'm 5'10 and started at 188 and am currently 185. I'm athletic but definitely have extra pudge around my middle. I am looking to lose between 20 and 30 lbs. I think 20 is attainable, but 30 might be unmanageable. I've gotten down to 167 before, but after I stopped Weight Watchers it crept right back on :(
