Body/Mind needs Cards. I did Atkins and ran into same prob. I would say focus on High Protein/Med Carbs/Low Fat ie. 50%/30%/20% Just try to eat complex carbs to fuel you. Drink 8cups/1gallon of water a day and add a soup somewhere too every other day or so.

1 cup dry un-cooked oatmeal, 8 oz. Low-fat vanilla yogurt, & 1/4 cup of raisins/dates/(insert dried fruit here). Stir it all together in a cup. Eat as is. Very tasty, Very quick, very cheap, & very high protein. I buy the 32 oz tubs of yogurt in bulk. Oatmeal you can buy in bulk. Raisins you can get a $1 store cheap.

What she said, but sautee spinach & mushrooms, tomato, peppers, & onion in pan w/ healthy-ish butter (will add more flavor than olive oil) THEN add the eggwhites. I've had expensive disasters doing otherwise. Thank gawd 4 the internet!!!
