Omg that is so me. I lost 35 lbs in 7 months. Decided to take a break which lasted 2 months. I was afraid to get on the scale but did this morning and gained 13 lbs. Getting back on the wagon now !

Made me think of my neighbour who put his treadmill in his backyard. So funny to see him run on it outside.

I am a secret eater too. I spotted chocolate stains on my bedsheets the other morning and the wrapper on the floor. Don't remember even eating it.

You can change the battery yourself with the FT-7, the FT-4 you have to send to the manufacturer or so I've been told.

That happened to me as well, but once I hit 30 pounds I needed a belt and after that I had to buy smaller pants. Mind you I always wore super tight jeans so that may be why.

I lost the first 30 with no execise, just sticking with 1200 calories and one cheat day a week.

I skip breakfast to save the calories for the evening. I was never a big breakfast person anyway. It's working for me. The time doesn't matter, it's calories in, calories out.

Sounds like someone I know. One day he burned all of her clothes, even the ones she was wearing and left the house for a week with no phone, car, money or food. She finally left him thank god

I don't log it unless I swallow it, which I rarely do.

I had that same problem, so now I skip breakfast and save those calories for the evening. Works great for me as I was never a big breakfast eater anyway and I find that when I do eat breakfast I am hungry all day long.

No to this. I started at 5 lbs and am at 8 lbs now. Once the weight becomes too easy, then increase it.

I always get the Thai salad with grilled chicken. It comes with dressing but I find that you don't need any as the chicken is saucy enough so its only 250 cals.

I noticed that also. Perfect strangers are now starting up conversations with me, where it rarely happened before. I think it's because people find overweight people repulsive.

Yes, I lost 35 pounds without exercising. I am doing some now as I am finding the last 10 pounds harder to shed.
