Indoor grill pans are super cheap. We grill just about any meat and many veggies. It is fast and a lot healthier than frying. I wish I could help. I still want to lose another 20 lbs. and need to lose at least 10 lbs. yet I am completely unmotivated. My crazy busy schedule and upcoming trip don't help. Maybe when I get back from the beach I will get back into the grove.

I usually go for grilled foods over fried if possible, nuggets, and wraps (beware of the sauce). I am like you though. A salad just doesn't cut it. I also am a potato addict so usually I will allow myself the smallest fry they sell or split a large fry with my girls.

Chocolate would be mine too. That's the thing I love about MFP. If I watch my portions and workout a little I can have a treat and not feel guilty. One of my favorite is two low fat cinnamon graham crackers (broken into squares) w/ 1T of Nutella and 1 banana. Yum!!!

I do that. I know different types fit differently. I am not going to buy something that is too small/tight but if the item doesn't fit in my size I am not going up to the next size I just won't buy the item. It is mental for me right now. I need to see the improvement.
