Thanks. My daily allowance didn't change but I have decided to just add an exercise called breast feeding that burns 500. You have to walk a fine line when nursing and losing weight.

The pain is not severe. It only hurts when I am doing the exercise (though today it hurt for a little while after- just felt sore).

My cheagle loves crayons. Makes for colorful poop. The dog I had growing up ate the foot board on my bed.

I only lost 4 pounds during this challenge butt considering I had been stuck at the same weight for months, I'll take it.

I know i am late to the party but I have been struggling with willpower so I need this. Sept. 1 143.8 Sept. 8 145 Sept. 15 144 Today I was at 146 but I know that is partially due to salty fair food and a wedding reception (for family member).

I have been there. One of the things I do on those days is remind myself that sometimes exercise gives you energy. I love that even when you have an off day or even an off several days, today you can get back on track.
-
Just bought it. I am going out of town for a wedding and will start when I get back. Wish me luck.
-
Stayed the same this week.
-
After being stuck for so many months, 3 lbs. seems like so much more.

You weren't kidding about the "not diet" part but they sound yummy.

I have been trying to decide how long to weight before I officially post weight. I had a stomach bug early in the week and lost several pounds in one day. I know that it was mostly due to dehydration but even though it is now my TOM I still haven't gained in all back. As of this morning I was still down 1 1/2 lbs.

I have a cheagle. She is a beagle and a chihuahua mix.

I would love a partner. Who wants to be mine?

I admit I am torn on this subject. I love the friends and support I have on here but I am also a mother of three and I could be doing so much more with the time spent her imputing recipes an logging. On other hand I never want to get back to where I was and I know MFP would keep me accountable.

My breakfast rarely makes it over 400.

We often do 1 egg, 1 piece of wheat toast, and 2 slices of bacon, and some orange juice. If you still want the zucchini bread try using unsweetened applesauce in place of the butter. I do that with banana bread (as well as reduce sugar). It cuts both calories and fat and still tastes yummy. We also use applesauce in our…

Cool. I have lost a microwave.

I do not. I was told by a doctor not to even attempt it. I have very small veins that roll. It usually takes any where from two to eight sticks to get even a small vial of blood. I wish I could just because I know how important it is.
-
Also, I find it important to make sure I allow myself treats most days ( though now I make most with applesauce instead of oil) that is how I have stuck with it.

Hi. I have three girls. My youngest just turned one. I have been at it since October and have lost 35 lbs. I am actually smaller than I was before I got pregnant with my first daughter. I have been logging almost everyday (including measuring for accuracy), I do the Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone (not too intense…
-
I do the same from time to time. It is almost like something switches in my brain and I want to consume every treat in sight. That is one of the things that makes MFP so doable. Even when I falter, I can get right back on tack tomorrow. That doesn't mean I won't have to fight off a few pounds that I gained in the weakness…

Ok I weighed in yesterday but forgot to post. 147.8

Super hot here but I will try. My kids have been begging to go to the park. But between the 90+ days and the mosquitoes that can carry off small children I haven't braved it.
-
Hey everyone. I have been on MFP since October. I have lost 35 lbs. and kind of hit both a mental and physical block so hopefully this will help. I mostly do different Walk Away the Pounds sessions. I am thinking of doing the 30 DS. I have 10 lbs til I am healthy and 20 pounds til I read my goal.
-
I'm in. I need some kind of motivator. I have been staying around the same weight (gaining 5 and then losing it) for over a month now. 10 lbs. would get me into the healthy category and only 10 lbs from my ultimate goal.

You inspire me.
