Super filling breakfast pizza!

I made this pizza last night and it was SO good. My DH normally eats 4-5 slices of pizza, and he ate just one of this pizza. It's that filling.
Crust:
2 c. whole wheat flour (I used white whole wheat)
1 pkg. or 1 tbsp. active dry yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. honey or brown sugar
Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Let sit in a warm spot for 10 minutes.
Sausage Gravy:
1/2lb sausage of your choice
1/8c white flour
1 1/4c 2% milk (or milk of your choice)
salt & pepper to taste
Cook sausage in a large skillet. Once fully cooked, sprinkle flour over and stir in. Cook 1 minute. Add milk, salt, pepper, and whisk to combine. Cook and whisk for about 5 minutes or until gravy is thick.
Scrambled Eggs:
6 large eggs
You know the deal. Scramble them.
Preheat oven to 425.
Once pizza dough has rested, flour a countertop. Use well-floured hands and/or rolling pin to shape dough into the desired size/shape. I made a 14" round. The dough is sticky, so you will probably have to re-flour frequently. Once your crust is shaped, transfer it to a well-greased pan.
Top crust with gravy, then eggs, then cheese.
Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
If you wanted to lower the calories per slice you could use skim milk, reduce the amount of sausage, use low-fat cheese, etc. I enjoyed it as-is and would make it that way again, especially since 1 slice filled me up so well.
