That's Great Had Thanksgiving yesterday with daughter and her family. Ate more than I neede but found out, much as you did, that couldn't. nor did I want to. eat as much as Thanksgiving dinner past' Keep up the good work you are a success story each step of the way :smile:

If you are not keeping the food down very long you're not absorbing the cals. Might think about a Dr. if this goes on

Hi Trusty Your calories are way to low for that much exercise. You need to log what you eat as well as exercise calories you burn and start eating some of the exercise calories back.

Are you watching your sodium and drinking all of your water?

Your weight loss calories are figured and subtracted by MFP. You need to get your calorie goal.

Had myself a CHEAT MEAL! Took a week to rebound from it. Not worth it.

I have one that stops craving without any calories. In the evening when I feel like snacking, I get on my MFP friends list and spend time visiting each of my friends and dropping a note to some who havn't logged in in 3 days and send some Encouragement to others I don't talk with regularly.
