Hi: My name is John, I'm 54 years old and have been disabled due to a massive heart attack since 2004. I also suffer from diabetes, diabetic neuropathy, and back injuries from car accident. Other than that I am doing my best to get in some exercise every day and appreciate getting as well as giving support.

Don't give up yet. Eating properly and tracking everything will work. I've been here 4 weeks and lost 4 pounds. Hope to keep fine tuning and losing. Add me as a friend if you like.
