  • Hey! The elliptical is tough but I've found I can really burns more calories in less time on this machine....try it. Also recently I've tried mixing it up w/ yoga, strength training, bike etc and it really helps work different muscles.

  • OK girl...get up and go! You only have this one life, live it to the fullest! I have only used MFP for 2 days but I have been working out for a few months...I always feel better, have more energy and just overall happier after I get the blood to moving. You can do this...just think swim suit season.

  • This is my second day...doing good so far. But it is the sticking to it that is hard. I have 2 sons and birthdays are fast approaching which means cake, pizza and other temptations. Wish me luck.
