thx grl. I am going to try that. I try to eat but guess eating healthy is not coming naturally to me. I don't eat junk but all bread and everything just doesn't make me full.

nice. I will follow this strategy. 30 day shread she didn't say any thing like that and most people say Ripped and 30 day shread are almost similar. that made me wonder. Looking forward for completing it. Thx.

day 3 here, couldn't complete the 3 scession as little one woke up. But man, this is the only DVD that is making me sweat. 30 day shread was piece of cake for me. loved the feeling so far.

tracking food is the key. Gives insight about what you eat and how much. I use to eat like whole plater of southwestern egg roll in chilli's and it is nothing just full fat. I think I am drinking 3 serving a day or 4 that is huge. I guess 1 serving is 240 ml. isn't it too much. I am still learning all nutrition facts so thought to ask. Just to add, I am looking for healthy stuff and still want to loose weight. I will try silk or almond, but doesn't want to give up taste.

thanks guys. I don't weigh everyday. it is on every saturday. I was confused with the time. so I thought to weigh again on the time at 10 o'clock. I was reading posts and all were saying same time after you wake up. so I was confused whether I should go with 10 o'clock weight or 9:30.

would liove to be in but I am just curious do I need to loose 10 lb in that month. I am breastfeeding mom so can't loose too quickly. Just doesn't want to ruin the challenge.
