Go and get a DEXA scan, it's the only way to see what's ACTUALLY happening inside your body.

I'm in the last week of round 2, have lost 16kg in 11 weeks. Great value, good exercise plans, great mindset lessons, tasty recipes, it makes it really easy. I still use MFP for tracking, I find it keeps me accountable, and I've just signed up for round 3, starts next week. I highly recommend it.

I find that the calories MFP gives for exercise are always significantly higher than my HRM. I trust my polar burn.

I have one cheat meal per week, but to a max of 500 calories, and my day still has to come in under 1200 cals.

Sometimes it helps me to work out just exactly how long I'd have to work out to work off that vending machine snack.... Is an hour on the treadmill worth 2 minutes of snack food?

I weigh and measure most things, particularly high calorie foods. I do guess with vegetables a bit, but never things like yoghurt, cheese, etc.
