If running got you results continue to do so, but in my case I relied on proper macros and a calorie deficit to cut fat. I did minimum cardio and lost fat while maintaining most of my lean body mass. I will however do cardio if I ate a little too much that day just to get it to the level of my current deficit.

I know this feel, I can't wait until cutting seasons over... lean bulking in September brah. That depleted glycogen feel of peace.

I have the same feeling, my friends and family all say, "You're getting too big you should stop lifting" but every time I look in the mirror I see the same skinny guy that I used to be, I get self conscious whenever I have to cut weight.

For his height/weight it's a decent deadlift, I am 163 and have the same deadlift.

I rely more on the mirror rather than the scale to judge progress, the only time I will use the scale is to make sure I am not stalling in progress.

23 checking in, been lifting for only 9 months now can't wait to reach at least a year and beyond.
