Nights here! 2330-0730 Industrial EMT................ I have horrible sleeping habits, when I am off i wanna eat EVERYTHING! I don't rest good. I am REALLY wanting to get my nursing but how do you find the time working this shift?

I so totally can relate to you. I have a issue with eating fast food. I do well and loose weight in the beginning and then i fall off the wagon. I try to do the eat in moderation so I can eat most foods i love and lay off so much take out and sweets. Still I always fail. I am sure w will both succeed, Love and Hugs

:ohwell: Oh wow! i feel the same way. I hide behind the camera, envying everyone else because I want to be the gorgeous one taking pictures with my kids, but instead I refuse. It hurts my heart so very badly.

Hi everyone, I am a Emergency Medical Technician. I work in a meat comapny as their on duty medical. I leave home around 11pm return around 8am. Hoping to work days again. I have been doing this 5 years. Would love to go back to school.

I take diced yellow squash, mushrooms, onions, add a little low sodium dales Seasoning. Place on grill or in the oven until tender. OMG!! soooo yummyyyy! you can add other veggies also.

I have this same issue. I have been on nights for 4 years. I was just recently diagnosed with diabetes. This is how i find it best through the week to track my meals. Lunch: 2330 my work start time Snack: 0300 Snack 5 or sick maybe Breakfast around 8am then bed up between 1 and 3 pick up kids, cook Supper 430 or 5 bed 1730…
