  • Well I'm glad you want to do the challenge! Nope I never missed a day, you gotta find time for it so that you don't mess up the days. But if you do use your off day to do the make up. I did a very low carb diet & about 1400 calorie intake. Hope i helped! :)

  • I wear a knee brace for my workout, its like a sleeve that i slip over my knee. It helps me a lot and my knee don't hurt as much.

  • Yea Month 2 is very intimidating ha. But no I haven't used creatine before my workouts. I usually have my shakeology drink about 1 hours before my workout, than I have a small breakfast after.
