Well Done! Just wondering how many calories you were eating and were you eating your exercise calories also? I am a mother of 2 children and still breastfeeding my 5 month old. I did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I came to a stop in weight loss. I am currently at 72kgs and need to lose 12kgs more. Any advice?…

I am not dieting as such - just wanting to lose the baby weight and get to a healthy weight again - the safe way of course! I will up my calories and see how I go....

Thanks for the comments......The scales have not moved for 4 weeks and I have logged my food diary for 40 days now.......I understand the calories in and calories out (basic method)...... I think I will up my calories to 1400 and see what happens starting tomorrow (Monday).... Will keep you all posted! Thanks again :)

Great Job!!! I am also 5"2' and I am 71kgs currently - lost 9kgs since the birth of my second child in July 27 (4 1/2 mths). I have been using MFP since Oct 2011. I am finding it difficult to move the scales but see a big difference in my clothes....

I find it best to weigh yourself once a week due to fluctuations during the week. Also weigh yourself first thing in the morning before breakfast, preferable with minimal clothing.

Well done you! I am also a mum of 2 babies under the age of 2......I am almost half way to achieving my goal weight and it can be challenging to exercise whilst they are around......I currently am doing 30 Day Shred and my 23 mth old does it with me! She is so cute! Good Luck!
