HELP!!! Not losing any weight :(
I have been sticking to my calories and exercising and leaving a deficit each day and not losing weight. I exercise 5-6 times a week doing cardio-strength and walking. I am also breastfeeding so I add an extra 500 calories to the 1200 calories I have set on MFP. I can't work out why I am not losing any weight??? I am 5"2'…

HELP!!! 220 Pounds and NOT SLEEPING!!!
Hi My sister-in-law is 220 pounds and is having trouble sleeping at night. We started exercising about a month ago and she got sick 2 weeks after we started walking and her illness lasted 2 weeks but she is finding she can't sleep. Has anyone had this problem??? Please HELP!!!

Exercise and Weight Loss
Hi all - need some advice, Currently I am doing 30 Day Shred (20mins strength, cardio & abs) in the morning and walking briskly for 30 mins in the evening. Is anyone else doing similar exercise to me? I want to know how long you have been doing it for and what are your results so far? Thanks Heaps! :happy:
