I'm like you--not big on meat but have seen what high protein can do for you body. I add soy protien powder to my oatmeal or yogurt when I'm low. You can get chocolate or vanilla. Make a protien shake with fruits or 1/2 banana and peanutbutter (my fave) with the protien powder. Also realize that just one small chicken…
