It don't think it matters from the diet aspect but you get heartburn and trouble sleeping if you eat to close to bed. That being said I they to have a lighter snack like meal about an hr or so before bed otherwise I wake up really hungry. It's ok. Just get back on track. It happens to all of us. 1 bad day won't ruin the week if you rebound right away to eating good. Consider burning off the extra calories over the following days.

I love mine. I wear it just below bra. I always get it wet and once it's on put a little bit more water on sensors with my fingers. At first I always forgot to hit start twice. I haven't had any issues with mine

I think a whole cheat day is counter productive and just makes you want more food after. To easy to cheat and not get back on track.

I don't have cheat days. If I want something I make it fit into my day. Not easy but it can be done with the right choices.

Pre plan your meals for the day. I always do mine the night before when I get in bed.

I've lost 32 lbs at home. We have an elliptical which I started on. But now I'm using wii active, wii fit games, and the biggest loser. I have resistance bands and a few light dumbells. We also have Xbox kinect sports.

I love my egg whites and have recently been mixing in fresh veggies. I sometimes use tomato basil wraps or even a taco shell. Paired with fruit, maybe a small bowl of cereal or sandwich thin with a little peanut butter, slice or 2 of turkey bacon and a big glass of water.

I buy things marked no sugar added. Watch what fruits I eat and how much. Ditched any beverage but water. I keep my right around my limit unless I add a dessert. Feel free to add me if you'd like to see some ideas.

I have rarely gone over 1200 unless I burned a lot and was super hungry after. Even then I only went up to 1242 that day. I have consistently lost weight keeping it mostly under 1100. Some weeks I loose more than others but I average about 1-2 lbs. My net is usually between 500-700 after all food and exercise. I'm not…

I was eating 1020 calories and am now eating 1050-1100. More if I have long workouts. For comparison purposes I'm 5'10" and currently weigh 162.4 I've lost steadily almost every week. With some stalling at certain numbers.

I eat 5 small meals a day and about 10 glasses of water. I space them out well and eat my last meal about an hr before bed. I don't feel hungry during the day. Remember to drink plenty of water and eat filling fiber rich foods. I also save higher cal treats for later in the day so if i do get hungry i can delete those and…

Just don't keep it in the house and never never order it. The longer you go without it the easier it gets. I haven't had it in months but I know if I have even a sip I will crave it for weeks.

For comparison purposes I went from 184.6 lbs on 11-18-12 to 164.6 lbs on 01-21-13 It does depend on your starting weight.
