Steel cut oats maintain their texture even after rewarming, unlike rolled oats which just get mushy. Good! I think mushy was part of my texture issue....

Vet School.... 14 months until I'm a DVM :happy: Classes.....bacteriology, surgery, infectious diseases, reproduction, swine medicine, small animal medicine, exotics, and anything in between. Average about 26 credits a semester:tongue:

I'm also 100 pounds away from "normal" weight, and I do it following all the advanced moves (except for pushups). I also use 5 pound weights (but started with 3). Just keep in mind when you start, that it is generally difficult for everyone, so stick with it. It does get (a little) easier:smile:

Yesterday was a super long day for me.... I started field surgery at 7 a.m. and didn't get home until after 8 p.m. I was really tired. Normally, I would have just eaten everything in sight, then gone to bed. However, I managed to make myself a healthy meal and stay under my calorie goal. That was a victory for me. I'm…

I'm in! I'm in my third year of grad school, and I've really been struggling to make good decisions vs the easy ones. Knowing that I will have to report myself each week should hopefully help. Thanks for starting this :smile:
