Psychocalistenics! It's a very cheesy, low budget video made in 80's guessing by the hair. Its 17 mins long, low impact, wakes up all the muscle groups without stress and I do it when I get up every morning.! :ohwell:

I'm 5'1" and hit 183lb at my worst. I've been losing weight since May 2011 and am now at 143lb. My bmi healthy range is up to 132lb but I set my self a target of 140lb. Thighs are not a bad place to carry weight ..much better than round the tummy. I too have always had thunder thighs, even in my teens when I was a size ten It's just the way I'm made, so I concentrate on toning them rather than trying to reduce them. :0)
