  • W2 D3 done . . . I can do the plank-jacks the first time through, but need to complete the rest of that cycle in modified mode. Additionally, my crow push-ups are more like planks with my knees coming to my elbows; I can't seem to go done and bring my knee up (my arms and shoulders are quite unwilling to work with me)…

  • Woke up at 3 am to complete W2 D2 and then ran 4.75 miles. I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing results. . . my husband took pics of me this weekend, I didn't realize I had SO much back fat :angry: .
  • Completed day 1 of week 2 and agree with Sky; it was difficult, I was breathing hard, and sweating buckets :sick:. In addition, I honestly wasn't in the mood to do it at all.
  • Finished day 6 of level 1 this morning; I think I will attempt level 2 tomorrow (yikes). Trying not to get discouraged as both my weight and measurements were up this am.
  • I finished level one, day five today. I've steadily gained weight, this week . . . so depressing, but I'm not giving up. My legs aren't killing me today, so that is a plus. I will begin level two on Monday.
  • I finished day 4 today and plan, for the most part, to complete it straight through. My legs and abs don't burn as much today (thankfully), by some of that (the burn) may be attributable to running 4-8 miles/day after working out to the video ; and this is my first JM workout.   • I just started Ripped in 30 today and plan on doing it in addition to my regular workout by getting up a half hour earlier to complete the dvd . . . And continue my normal routine throughout the day (running, walking, etc).
  • I started Ripped in 30 this morning, but can't find a group for that . . . since it's still Jillian and for 30 days, I will tag along with this group for support.
