W4d3 done; seemed easier today and I upped my weights.
-
100oz down .
-
Completed w4d2 . . . do all of her videos rely on planks and push-ups?
-
120 oz down, I am also trying to make up for a sluggish couple of days.
-
Finished w4d1 this am . . . more planks/push-ups, but it seemed to go by fast.
-
Home sick again today, but have downed 96 oz and managed to get my workout completed.

Finished w3d6 this morning, on to week 4 tomorrow am. The first day of week three I positioned myself near a chair (to grab on to) to help me pop up from the roller coaster crunches; after day one, I was able to do them without assistance.

80 oz today; home sick today, but I managed to get my workout in.
-
Completed w3d5 this morning.
-
104 oz down and working on another 16 oz glass.

Thanks for asking . . . The duck walks, squat jacks and bear crawls are hammering my quadriceps; and I feel the cross-crunches in my left shoulder. I'm looking forward to seeing results.

Finished day 4 of week 3 this morning. I am spending 6 days on each level with no rest days; when I complete this cycle, I plan on repeating the whole thing with 4-5 days per level, heavier weights, and rest days.
-
96 ounces down and it's only 3 pm, but I've been up for almost 12 hours.
-
I completed w3d3 this morning . . . the second set of duck walks and squat jacks were killing my legs; additionally, my left shoulder wasn't happy about the cross-over crunches with 8 lb weights (I will use lighter weights for those tomorrow).

That's why I say a few slices, rather than drinking the juice! Just check what you are drinking in your water, I'm sure quite a bit of it will still count as water. Sorry plain water makes you vomit! I used to choke on it a lot, but that's gone away after I started drinking so much of it! [/quote] Sorry, I wasn't trying to…

I got this, I already consume +120 oz of fluids daily. However, something always goes into my water (tea, etc), as plain water literally induces me to vomit. FYI: lemons and other citrus are a natural diuretics.

Week 3, day 2 complete . . . I knew my legs were going to feel it today after yesterday's workouts. I had planned on another monster walk, by after the torrental downpour halfway through yesterday's jaunt I didn't trust the light mist to stay light.

Polar sells a sports bra that can be used instead of the chest strap . . . due to my exaggerated measurements, chest straps never keep correct placement. The bra is pricey, but I love mine.
-
Finished w3d1, followed by 130 flights of stairs. My husband and I are preparing to leave for a 20 mile walk . . . I'm going to break through this plateau. After we finish our jaunt, we are going out to dinner. Jillian is going to kill my legs tomorrow with duck walks, etc.

Finished d6 w2, on to week 3 tomorrow. I, like a few others, upped my weights the last couple of workouts. My shoulders and elbows burn during the (repeated plank) workout, but I have absolutely no soreness in that area afterwards. Last night my calves were burning, but that might have something to do with the distance I…

I've finished D5 of W2, it seemed fly by quicker than other days. Today I was actually able to dip a bit with my Crow Push-ups; but my shoulders and elbows still shake when I'm completing the second go-round of the Push-Jacks and Mountain Climbers. I've one more day of week 2 and will start week 3 on Saturday . . . I'm…

Finished D4 of W2, the planks/push-ups are still kicking my hinny.
-
Completed w2d3 this morning. I really need to perfect my push-ups; if I go down, I can't muscle myself up again . . .so I remain in the plank position for the Crow Push-ups and just bring my knee to my elbow.
