I have had a 2 year plateau. I've have gained and lost the same 5 pounds for 2 freaking years. Granted, I've been tracking on MFP for the last few months. Have my goal set at 1lb a week. Light cream in my coffee. I've tried half and half, the FF substitutes, milk.....nope. I have one cup a day. It's my first beverage of the day and I do not want to compromise.

I'm 5'3" and would fabulous at 156 if I had 3 more inches to me. Thanks to my height, the BMI says I should be 120-ish. Considering I've been trying to get under 140...120 is not realistic and probably not a good look for me. People are surprised when I tell them 155-156. So feel free to add me.

I was so proud of my 26.2 for the Boston Marathon, I put it on both of my cars. I would attached a sticker to every bit of clothing I had if I could. I say get it for him. I never put a 13.1 on the car because I wanted the 26.2!
