  • Hello! Oddly enough, I fit in my clothes better at 14 weeks than I did at 5 weeks. I'm starting to feel a little better and hope to start doing the elliptical and going back to my trainer.
  • I'm at week 14 and have lost 8-9 pounds due severe morning sickness and indigestion. I'm lucky if I get 1200 calories a day. My first pregnancy I was probably up by 6-9 pounds by now. Oddly enough, I ft into my regular clothes better at week 14 than I did at week 5!
  • Right now I just take a scoop of Designer Whey Vanilla and shake it up with Zico Chocolate Coconut Water and ice. It's quick and great before or after a workout.
