Anyone get the jitters after running? My stomach gets all flip floppy for 1-2 hours afterwards and I feel like I'm on caffeine pills or something. Is this normal?

I get like that if I run distances longer than `0 miles. Just make sure you're properly hydrated. You may also think about eating something during your run like a banana, gu shots or blocks, or energy bar. This settles the tummy issues.0

Usually if I am not hydrated enough or didn't eat enough before or after my run. Try drinking a glass of chocolate milk to replenish your sugars and fluids.0

Do you run and then once it is over just instantly stop? Try walking a couple laps after a long run, and stay hydrated/eat something.0

A haven't had the tummy trouble, but I do sometimes get the caffeine-feeling. Try having a snack beforehand, I've found that helps (not a full meal thugh, or else I DO feel sick)0
