You should lower your lb/week to 1lb a week...and you should eat your exercise calories back or at least some...800cal a day is way to little

I am using 3lb....Believe me if you use anything above 5lb on your first day you will more then likely be switching to a lighter weight the next. Good luck =D

I would like to be 120, but I think that if I could maintain 125 and be muscular I would be happy =D

I am logging my exercise and I eat back about half of my exercise calories back...I am feeling more toned which is a good thing!

WOW..Overwhelmed by all the friend request =D I declined a lot of the friend request because a lot of you have hundreds of friends already. I want friends that keep their list short so that that they actually know what their buddies are doing. not to just have a ton of friends

I remind myself of the good weeks. The weeks that I lost a lb or looked good in something that I was not able to fit into before. I have had weeks where I have done well and the next day see my weight has gone backwards. I tell myself that this is just one day and that eventually my weight will start moving down again. So…
